Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with claims made after this time frame. For damaged products, please share images and details with us through the provided link, and we will guide you on the next steps for a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Handcrafted Products: Please note that minor misprints and color variations from website images are part of the charm of handcrafted products and will not be considered defects.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
