Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Request Timeline: Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchange Process: Exchange orders are initiated once your return is picked up. If the product you selected is out of stock, our team will contact you to suggest an alternative.

  • Refunds: Refunds are only provided as Store Credit.

  • Store Credit Issuance: Store credit will be provided once the returned order has been collected from your location.

  • Non-Eligible Items: Fabrics, sale items, and last pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Condition for Return: All returned items must have their original tags intact, including barcode stickers.

  • Single Return Policy: Each order is eligible for only one return. Orders purchased using store credit are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with claims made after this time frame. For damaged products, please share images and details with us through the provided link, and we will guide you on the next steps for a replacement, store credit, or refund.

  • Handcrafted Products: Please note that minor misprints and color variations from website images are part of the charm of handcrafted products and will not be considered defects.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Final Decision: The company reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all returns and exchanges.

  • Third-Party Purchases: Products purchased from other platforms, such as Nykaa, are not eligible for return or exchange at our store or website.


Return & Exchange Request Process:

  1. Initiate Request: Visit the provided link to submit your return or exchange request: Vyara Return/Exchange Portal. Include a reason for the return and images in the case of defects or damages.
  2. Return Pickup: For orders within India, a return pickup will be arranged. Ensure that all tags and labels are intact and the product remains unworn.
  3. Ineligible Requests: Return or exchange requests for orders placed using store credit will not be accepted.

Store Credit:

  • Issuance: Store credit will be issued within 24 hours after the returned order is picked up and processed. The credit will be sent via email.
  • Validity: Store credit is valid indefinitely.
  • Amount: Store credit will cover the sale value of the returned products only. Shipping costs will not be credited back.

International Orders:

  • Return Responsibility: For international returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and any associated customs charges.
  • Reverse Pickup: We do not provide reverse pickup for international orders.
  • Refund or Credit: Refunds or store credits will only cover the value of the returned product. Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
  • Alternative Return Option: International customers may arrange to return products through someone traveling from their country to India to avoid additional shipping costs.
  • Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, please share images with us at support@vyara.com, and we will advise on the next steps for a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds:

  • Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 20-25 working days.
  • Eligibility: Refunds will be issued only for wrong or damaged products. For all other cases, refunds will be provided as store credit.
  • Return Processing: It takes 12-14 working days for returns to reach us. Once received, our team will inspect the items, which takes an additional 1-2 working days. After that, refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days. The bank or payment portal may take another 2-3 business days to reflect the refund.
  • Refund Fee: A flat fee of Rs.150 will be deducted for monetary refunds. No return fee will be charged for damaged products.
  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account.
  • Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping charges will not be refunded in any case.
  • Final Decision: The company retains the right to make the final decision in any case.

Please note that we work with third-party courier services. While we strive to assist you, some matters may be beyond our control, including communication with the delivery personnel. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
