Vyara Clothing – Refund & Exchange Policy

We aim to ensure that every shopping experience with Vyara is delightful. However, if you need to return or exchange a product, our guidelines are below:

  • Return or Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges will be processed once we’ve successfully collected the returned item. If the item you want is out of stock, our team will contact you to suggest alternatives.
  • Refunds are only issued in the form of Store Credit.
  • Your Store Credit will be provided after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Clearance items, last pieces, and fabrics are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Ensure that all original tags, including barcode stickers, are intact.
  • Each order qualifies for one return or exchange only. Products purchased with Store Credit cannot be returned or exchanged.

For Damaged or Missing Items:

  • If your order contains a damaged, defective, or missing product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance. We cannot process claims beyond this timeframe.
  • For damaged items, please submit photos and details through the link provided. Depending on the issue, we will arrange for a replacement, Store Credit, or a refund.

Please note: Slight color variations or design irregularities from the images on our website are not considered defects. These variations reflect the authenticity and craftsmanship of our handmade products.

Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled prior to shipping. Once an order is dispatched, shipping fees are non-refundable. Cancellations after dispatch will incur a Rs.150 cancellation fee.

For International Orders:

  • If you wish to return an item, you are responsible for covering return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties. We do not offer reverse pick-up for international orders.
  • Refunds or Store Credit will be issued for the value of the product, excluding shipping costs.
  • If your international order arrives damaged, share photos with us and we will guide you through the process for a replacement or refund. Alternatively, the item can be returned via someone traveling from your country to India.

Refunds:

  • Refund processing may take 20-25 working days.
  • We issue monetary refunds only for incorrect or damaged products; otherwise, Store Credit will be provided.
  • Once a returned item is received, it will undergo a 1-2 day inspection before the refund process begins.
  • Refunds will reflect in your account within 2-3 business days after processing, but may take additional time depending on your bank.
  • A Rs.150 fee applies to refunds, except in cases where the product is faulty.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via an online link sent to your registered email or phone number.

Final Authority:

Vyara Clothing retains the right to make the final decision on any return, exchange, or refund. Please note that our deliveries are handled by third-party couriers, and we may not always have full control over issues that arise during the delivery process.
